I've been to three.
The first was Billy's sixth MSG show in 2006, which my frined and his parents took me too. I hafd seen a lot of legendary acts before but not Billy. I ws a solid fan at that point, and I was very excited.
Needless to say, Billy did not disappoint. He treated us to three and a half hours of his biggest hits, including "My Life," "Movin' Out," "River Of Dreams," "We Didn't Start The Fire," and "Piano Man," as well as a lot of rarities.
The complete set was:
Prelude / Angry Young Man My Life Everybody Loves You Now The Ballad Of Billy The Kid New York State Of Mind Stiletto The Entertainer Allentown Don’t Ask Me Why Sometimes A Fantasy Captain Jack Movin’ Out (Anthony’s Song) The Downeaster “Alexa” Miami 2017 (Seen The Lights Go Out On Broadway) She’s Always A Woman Keeping The Faith River Of Dreams I Go To Extremes Highway To Hell (sung by Chainsaw) We Didn’t Start The Fire Big Shot It’s Still Rock And Roll To Me You May Be Right
Encore:
Only The Good Die Young Scenes From An Italian Restaurant Piano Man
Highlights: My Life, Stiletto, NYSOM, Sometimes A Fantasy, Captain Jack, You May Be Right, Piano Man
The next was another MSG show, April 19th, 2006, the second to last of the 12 engagement run. This time I went with my dad and his friends. This was easily just as good, if not better, than the previous show. He did the two songs I wanted to hear at the first show that he didn't do - "An Innocent Man" and "A Matter Of Trust" - and they were both awesome.
The complete set was:
Prelude / Angry Young Man My Life Everybody Loves You Now The Ballad Of Billy The Kid The Entertainer Vienna New York State Of Mind The Great Wall Of China Zanzibar Miami 2017 (Seen The Lights Go Out On Broadway) Allentown Sleeping With The Television On Don’t Ask Me Why Goodnight Saigon Movin’ Out (Anthony’s Song) Medley: Spanish Harlem / Stand By Me / An Innocent Man She’s Always A Woman Keeping The Faith River Of Dreams A Matter Of Trust Highway To Hell (with Chainsaw) We Didn’t Start The Fire Big Shot It’s Still Rock And Roll To Me You May Be Right

Most recently was this past summer, on July 16th, 2008. It was the first night of the Last Play At Shae shows. Me and my dad and his friends had been trying to score tickets for nearly a year, and managed to get lucky literally weks before the show. We got tickets in the eighth row from the stage to the left, so we had a d**n good view.
Billy played for a solid three hours in scorching heat. It was an amazing, emotional and historical night, and I heard a lot of great songs I'd never throught I'd hear live, including one of my all time favorites, "This Is The Time." The guests were incredible. One of my all time musical heroes, Tony Bennett (who I'm beginning tot hink is stalking me, because he also popped out when I saw Stevie Wonder last Novemeber), showed off his still powerful voice on a rousing duet on "New York State Of Mind." Don Henley got the whole stadium rocking on "Boys Of Summer." And John Mellencamp, who I had seen six days before at Jones Beach, engaged the stadium on a singalong on "Pink Houses." I honestly was indifferent to John Mayer's guitar work on "This Is The Time," as he did nothing that Tommy Byrnes could've done, but since the song sounded so good that night, I didn't mind.
While I admittedly would've preferred to have been at the Friday show, this was still the best Billy show I've been to date. Truly an incredible evening.
The complete set was:
The Star Spangled Banner Miami 2017 (Seen The Lights Go Out On Broadway) Prelude / Angry Young Man My Life Everybody Loves You Now The Entertainer Zanzibar Allentown The Ballad Of Billy The Kid New York State Of Mind (with Tony Bennett) Big Man On Mulberry Street Root Beer Rag (Instrumental) Movin’ Out (Anthony’s Song) Goodnight Saigon Don’t Ask Me Why This Is The Time (with John Mayer) The Downeaster “Alexa” Medley: Stand By Me / An Innocent Man Boys Of Summer (with Don Henley) She’s Always A Woman Captain Jack Lullabye (Goodnight, My Angel) Medley: River Of Dreams / Hard Day’s Night / River Of Dreams (Reprise) Pink Houses (with John Mellencamp) We Didn’t Start The Fire It’s Still Rock And Roll To Me You May Be Right Please Please Me
Encore:

Highlights: My Life, NYSOM, This Is The Time, Captain Jack, WDSTF, Still Rock And Roll, You May Be Right, The Beatles Covers, Souvenir

I've seen him four times. I can't remember exact dates, but the first time I saw him was a Madison Square Garden, around the mid-late 1990s. Great show-- opened with "Matter Of Trust," which is kind of unusual, I think. Next time I saw him was at Nassau Colisseum, also in the late 90s. Then saw him again at MSG in 1998, and finally saw him at Shea Stadium (the Friday night show.) Obviously the Shea show was the most elaborate, and getting great seats for free, along with a bunch of free memorabilia, made it even better.

To my shame None. I was busy working and having babies when he toured the UK previously. Now that I have fewer responsibilities I am desperate for him to come back to the UK as I will be first in the queue for tickets. But I do have a very impressive collection of albums!

I have been to two shows.
The first one I went to was in Philidelphia in 2006 for his last show at the Wachovia center on March 30th. Had great seats at that show. Traveled from a different state to see him there.
The next show I was at was in North Carolina at the RBC Center n oMarch 3 2007. I was originally planning to go see him in South Carolina like a month before that show in Feb. But when I checked billyjoelfan.com I saw that NC show, and had to go to that. Another great show that was, I was on the floor level.
